All Sedelogic products purchased through sedelogic.com are sold and processed by Vitafloor USA Inc.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Written approval must be obtained from Vitafloor USA Inc. prior to returning any item
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received, it will be inspected and you will be notified of the
approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. The refund amount will be less a 10% restocking fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred, including shipping associated with promotional or free shipping offers.
Refunds are processed within a few business days after approval. The timing of the credit appearing on your account depends on your card issuer or payment provider.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non refundable.
